Both heads are double lift and built in mild steel. The difference is how each hook is selected.

Electronic jacquard

When the design changes with the order.

Solenoid modules select each hook. A new pallu is a new file on USB, not a new stack of cards. The same range sits on a power loom or a rapier.

Manufacturing

Machined and assembled in Devangurichi.

Senthilkumar started the works in the Tiruchengode weaving belt. Every jacquard head is machined, assembled and fitted from one address.

CNC & VMC machining

Jacquard parts are cut on CNC and VMC machines at the works, not bought in.

Mild-steel frames

Frames are built low enough for a power-loom shed and checked against your roof height.

Harness dressing

The harness is dressed to your reed width, so the head sits true over the warp.

Drive & timing

The drive is taken from your loom by chain or belt, so the shed stays in time.

    Send the loom

    A front photo, the space above the loom, and the cloth you weave. WhatsApp is enough.

  2. 02

    Fix the head

    Mechanical or electronic. The hook count is taken from the design, the lift from the loom.

  3. 03

    Build it here

    Frame, modules or cards, harness and drive are machined and assembled at Devangurichi.

  4. 04

    Fit and run

    The head goes on your loom and the first design is run with you on the floor.

A power loom head can be mechanical or electronic. A rapier head is electronic, timed to that loom.
